Due to the very limited number of spaces we have for our boutique retreat reservation deposits are non refundable.
However - we totally get that life happens! So if you do need to cancel we will do our very best to re-sell your spot and, if we do so, we will happily refund you in full.
And of course you are also free to transfer it to someone you know who may be interested in joining us.

After you fly into Puerto Vallarta airport , Sayulita is about a 45 minute ride North.
Simply let us know your flight details and we will handle the rest for you.
One of our vetted drivers (Miguel, Alan or Juanito) will be there to meet you in arrivals, carry your bags and drive you to Casa Serene.
They will even stop to allow you get tacos or a beer for the drive if you like!
-
Try and book an early flight so that you can arrive at Casa Serene as early as possible on the 1st day of the retreat :
Our group welcome and orientation will start once our whole group has arrived and settled in.
And don’t worry….. activities won’t start until everyone is checked in and ready!

Well we have busy action filled days - and they are a lot more enjoyable with a clear head, clean body and no hangover!
So we aren't saying you cant enjoy a Margerita or a night out on the town! We might even join you!
But out of respect to all our guests and our program - there is no drinking alcohol on the property before our daily activities end. (4pm approx)
